Category Color not working

    I created two different categories, one with a blue color, the other green. I created two different events, one with category 1, the other category 2. On my calendar, both events look the same, orange text on a clear background. How do I get these to appear the colors I designated in the category?

    you can try to use placeholder #_CATEGORYCOLOR under Events > Settings > Formatting > Calendar > Full Calendar > Event format

    Thanks for the suggestion but it did not work. It just added “#a8d144” to the event listing on the calendar rather than styling the listing with the color.

    Are you custom colors saving correctly under Events > Event Categories?
