Category colors not showing with new calendar views

I may be having the same problem as kims126? I just installed both plugins a few mins ago and assumed I am doing something wrong.

@kims126 thanks for the access. This is what I found in the console.

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://erstwhile-stem.flywheelstaging.com/calendar/?refresh_css’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘https://erstwhile-stem.flywheelstaging.com/wp-content/uploads/teccc_2fa12ed438cf9d329e6e94bed3654c40.min.css?ver=1580399773.3602’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I think I’ve fixed this, but could you try this version to see? https://github.com/afragen/the-events-calendar-category-colors/archive/develop.zip

@wordpresspresser I think you might need to clear your cache.

@wordpresspresser do you have categories? Can you check ‘Show legend’ in the settings?

I’m an idiot. It was my error, Andy — I had neglected to select the category for the events. I guess that’s why the background color associated w/ the categories wasn’t showing up… :-\

@janet_a I really need a URL to take a look. Are there any other messages about why the connection was refused?

On local dev only at the moment. On all pages excluding the calendar there is an error in the console relating to legend superpowers. Turned on debug, nothing on screen:

Very odd as that should be specifically fixed. What other plugins are installed? And are you testing with a default theme?

To test I set-up a fresh install with only The Events Calendar, Category Colors and Events Calendar Pro, and Aggregator with theme 2017 with same results.

I’m having the same problem; colors aren’t appearing on my calendar since the update.
