Category description not showing up

    Hello,

    I am evaluating KB plugin to advise one of my clients. When I select the Description option in the category settings, the description is not displayed, neither in the preview nor in the front. Is this a known problem?

    Hi,

    We cannot replicate your issue. If you have turned on the option in the KB config settings and have entered in the description text in the category itself it should be displaying on the KB main page.

    Hi Guys,

    I have added a description on my categories, but they are not appearing on the website. Is that a theme issue? Below is the url to troubleshoot. Appreciate any help on this.
