Category Display Bug in v1.6.0

  • I installed the update to version 1.6.0, but it broke the display of category pages on my site.
    The pagination was correct, and almost all elements of the page displayed, but the content area, which should have displayed page featured image thumbnails, was blank.

    I was able to restore back the previous installed theme v1.5.6 which immediately fixed the problem.

    Update, have been wary of theme updates, so skipped a few. Tried most recent 1.6.3 and the exact same issue is still present. If the developer is active and creating updates, why are they not responding to these threads?
