Category dropdown not display hierarchy

Hello.
On my website, you’ll see a CATEGORY dropdown menu on the right sidebar.
I have some categories set up to be under parent categories in the backend, however, I don’t see the hierarchy on the front end.https://puu.sh/CLmi4/e8e977d169.png
Any ideas?
