    Hello, I have this plugin installed on a site, I created multiple pages per category, and within those I wanted to show all the related subcategories using this plugin.

    I attach my problem below, hope you can help me understand how to fix this.

    Initial preview, collapsed categories work fine.

    Hi,

    If you include the parent category, that will include all of its’ children categories as well, so the collapse will show the sub-category items.

    Hi thanks for your help!

    If you see here, “Acabados” is a category on it’s own so I don’t know how to hide it from the options.

    This is my category configuration.

    FYI right now almost none of these categories have products, in case that makes a difference.

    Hi,

    To hide categories, please add the to the Exclude Terms field, but make sure to add the IDs of the Categories you want to hide, not the name, to find the ID number of the Cateogries, please go to wp-admin > Products => Categories > Edit Category and in the URL you’ll find the ID number of the categorym add that ID number to the Exclude field of the product filter to exclude the category.
