This hasn’t been added to Hydrogen yet. It’s in our premium themes so I guess I can add it to Hydrogen too. For now you can simply use pre_get_posts filter in functions.php to set the blog category : https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/pre_get_posts#Show_Only_One_Category_on_Home_Page

Thanks, I think in Gantry 4 was on default theme too, so I thought that it will be in gantry 5 Hydrogen too.
