Category filter not working properly

Category filter not working properly.
Here is website: https://rekrutacja.projectmanager24.pl/rekrutacja/przykladowa-strona/dashboard/When I try to choose category, it always goes to home page.
Please tell me what is wrong, or how can I remove search box completely?
