Yes, you can. BUT It is not recommended to use same entity(categories in your situation) for 2+ filters on the same page.It can work not as you expected. For the plugin it will be received as the same filter.

How do you deselect several product categories from the filter options, In “Advance< Limit filter values by products from the selected category” I can only select 1 category.
How can I select\deselect several ?
I will try to deselect 3 categories from Category filter and makea gallery with url to those 3 categories ad have them on same page. Is that possible ?

You can create 3 filters each with needed category and set a conditions to show them on needed pages/categories.

But I can’t hide them from my other main product categori filter ? Once there is a value in the new category it also appear in the main catfilter.

On my shoppage I have a price filter and a product categorie filter with images.
Now I want to make a new filter (same page) from 3 new categories called sizes with images. I only want these 3 categories to show in this new filter and not in the prod filter.

It seems like I can not choose 3 categoris in one filter and hide them in the other(product cat filter)

Can I do that and if I can, how ?

Better way is to use attribute for sizes.
Free version of plugin do not have option to hide categories in one filter and display only those categories in another filter.

Paid version of plugin has option to do it, but if you need to use both of this filters on same page, then it will work as single filter.

In most cases they will conflict. But you can try.

Any sense to use 2 plugins? What are we missing?

I have different size on every product. If I Use the check box or list design it will be many hundred sizes to choose from. The best would be a slider were you can choose min – max length and min – max width. (like Price range)

To solve this I can put the product sizes in categories as small(100 -200 cm) medium (200-280 cm) and large(280-350 cm). These category must be functional in addition to price and product cat, and I want to show them as pictures, so customer can see carpet size with furniture (drawing) like this example: https://teppestudio.wpcomstaging.com/?attachment_id=8256

Hello,

You can use another attribute with values small(100 -200 cm), medium (200-280 cm) and large(280-350 cm) and add it to products. Same as specific categories, but works correct with our plugin.

It is better to group them manually. We have slider for this in paid version but hundreds of values will work slowly. The more values you will have in the slider the slower filtering will work. Best option it to create an attribute that will be for grouping the values manually. Use this attribute for filter. It will be working faster while yes, it require more manual work.
