category for blog

I’m trying to create a category for my website, https://www.susiej.com to https://www.susiej.com/reviews.
However, when I tried to do it in filezilla, the web site loads as https://www.susiej.com/wordpress/reviews/wordpress.
Are there step by step instructions on how to do this?
