Category Format

    I have created categories (sub-categories) with parent categories yet on menus they seem to list as one and the same. A simple indent or to be formatted like – category A would surffice. Another issue the categories page list both categories and sub categories; could I set this up in a way where it would display only categories and then click through to sub categories and then to products?

    Any and all your help will be/is hugely appreciated!
