Category heirarchy problem

Hi,

On my site, I am having an issue with the categories. Right now there are two parent categories, Pictures and Videos, and these two have subcategories. The pictures category is showing up fine on my theme, as it is displaying on the top and the subcategory is showing in a drop down menu when you hover on it, but the other category, Videos, is not showing up and only the subcategories are showing. Does anybody know why it’s doing that, or how to go about fixing it?
