Category hierarchies not working all the time

Hey Everyone,

Is there a way to show, at least to the admin, which child/grandchild-categories belong to which parent?

I have two top level categories. Under each of those I have the same two child-categories. Under each of those I have 20, all the same, grandchild-categories.

So I have 20 grandchild categories, each listed 4 times. If one of those is names “fitness”, how can I know which “fitness” I’m selecting? If I want to display “Android, Free, Fitness” for example – how do I know it’s not the “Apple,Paid,Fitness” category I’m selecting?
