Category icons have disappeared

Hi Greg,

I have a problem with the category icons not showing up. Last week, they were there and working just fine. I was just using the default folder icon. Then the icon for my “Want to Trade” category disappeared. As I was fiddling around trying to figure out why it was gone the other two category icons also disappeared. Can you help me get them back?
