Category links don’t work!

On https://www.jewlicious.com the categories simply don’t work. At all. Clicking on a category link sends you to a url like this:
https://www.jewlicious.com/index.php?p=category/category_name/
which then just simply reproduces the homepage. I have nothing in the permalinks category field. I am a tad stumped. I am running 1.5.2 – Help!
