• Sorry if the title isn’t quite clear.

I had to move my site content to a new domain after accidentally letting my old domain lapse.

Since it was moved, the menu bar (https://sharemyyear.com/) at the top no longer redirects to the categories as I believe that it should and it just goes to a blank page, which suggests it is going the correct page in the URL (https://sharemyyear.com/category/fitness/) but there is no content on the page. I can see in the categories page that there are 9 posts tagged as ‘fitness’ so unsure why they are not showing.

Any ideas why this might be the case and how it can be fixed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The category links throw white screens, so lets try a couple of things:

    1. Reset your permalinks. SETTINGS->PERMALINKS and click the “save” button.

    2. If that fails, errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    3. You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

i just tried to visit your website but its not working

@sterndata thanks for your reply. I’m not particularly well skilled with the finer details of WordPress, Is there an option in the menu for debugging? Or do I need a plugin?

To enable debugging, read the link I provided above.
