Category links in subdomain not working

When I attempt to pull up a category page within a subdomain set up with this plugin, I get a Not Found error.

I’m currently running the plugin in Testing mode with the following settings:
Subdomain on Post with Multicategories 1. Order by ID (Recommended)
Child Categories Change to Categories in Subdomain
Single Category in URL No
My subdomains are also set up to use different themes than my main theme.

My URL structure for category pages as presently set up (or at least, what the Category widget tries to link to) works like this:
https://sports.morganwick.com/category/football/college-football/

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/main-category-as-subdomain/
