Category links not working

New installation of wordpress 4.0 and version 1.4 of smart faq.

The category links in the user control panel are not working correctly:

<a href="https://neqone.com/blog/?cat=3" > only shows a search panel

Only the Uncategorized link works

<a href="https://neqone.com/blog/?cat=1" >

If I search the entries they are found.

Note that the database prefix is set to $table_prefix = ‘wp2_’

Any suggestions as to fix this?
