category links not working

How are you outputting you category links? Instead of:

https://www.safaritreasure.com/index.php/categories/freebies/

I think it should be:

https://www.safaritreasure.com/index.php/category/freebies/

what do you mean outputting the category links?

i can change it to category but it still gives me an error..

I mean have you edited your theme personally, if so how are you outputting the links in the header, you might not know this if you haven’t modded the theme yourself.

Anyway it is whatever your permalink structure and category base it set to, you seem to be changing it as I speak but hopefully you know what I mean

i got this blank theme from lynda.com. it was pretty much bare bones and i’ve added a thing here and there..

i’m trying to get my navigation bar links to work.. its not.

do you know why the footer behaves the way it does? i’ve used 3 div blocks and put width, padding etc on them but they don’t do anything at all.
