    Hello!

    I just installed your plugin (the free version). I also created a Google merchant account and linked it to my Google Ads. When I get to the Category mapping in your plugin, I get stuck.

    I watched your video and it doesn’t look the same. There is no if or value-field and the categories do not automatically appear when I type in a letter. What am I suppose to do here? We sell barbecues and gas heaters primarily.

    Do I need to link your plugin with my merchant center somehow?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Did you check our tutorial, specifically paragraph 3, about the category mapping?

    You need to type in at least 4 characters in the Google Shopping Category input fields before it starts showing suggestions that contain the 4 characters you typed. When nothing is showing it could mean nothing is matching and you need to try to type something else.

    Oh thank you for your quick reply!

    You were right, it works now. I must’ve missed that.
    Could you maybe tell me what category I am suppose to use if I sell the following items:
    – grills
    – gas grils
    – charcoal grills
    – electric grills
    – grill spare parts

    I can’t seem to find any category that works for grills. Only grill accessories.

    I think I would map those on this category:
    654 – Home & Garden > Kitchen & Dining > Cookware & Bakeware > Cookware

    I actually managed to find this one that I am going to use for all the grills:
    2985 – Home & Garden > Kitchen & Dining > Kitchen Appliances > Outdoor Grills

    I think there is perhaps a limitation with your plugin, it can only show a certain nr of products when you are searching. I had to search “grills” with the S instead of just “grill” in order to find the category above.

    I also managed to find one for the spare parts:
    505667 – Home & Garden > Kitchen & Dining > Kitchen Appliance Accessories > Outdoor Grill Accessories > Outdoor Grill Replacement Parts
