    I followed the tutorial for category mapping for my google merchant feed but the category map doesn’t show in the Value column like the video shows us. I select Attribute like the video shows us, but no new google_mapping file shows as a choice in the Value dropdown like we see in the video. I’ve cleared caches thinking that might be the problem but nothing changes.

    Thanks for reaching us, and sorry for the delay in response.

    As you have already cleared the cache from here, the newly created category mapping attribute should appear on the list. But, if it’s not, it could be a server cache or any caching plugin causing the issue.
    So, ensure you have excluded the plugin’s directory from any caching plugin you use. Here you can find the instructions on how to exclude the plugin directory from a few popular caching plugins.

    However, if you are still unable to find a solution, I would request you to create a support ticket here so we can inspect the issue more deeply.
