Category menu – first row not working

  • Hi there. Thanks for a great plugin.

    I’m using your plugin on a WooCommerce site which uses a product Category menu (not drop down), i.e.:

    Categories:
    – Cars
    – Machines
    – Tractors

    On the mobile this is turned into a drop down. So far so good. However the drop down doesn’t say “Chose a page” or similar. It says “Cars”. If I then select “Cars” nothing happens. If I select “Machines” or something else it works fine.

    Is there a way to add the text “Chose a page” on top of the categories?

    Sorry, I’ve been traveling a lot…

    I think there is, but I need to look into it…
    First need to update the plugin so it’s compliant with WP 4.0 (soon).
