Category Missing in Conditions

  • Hello, when I set the Conditions to “Category”, one Category is missing. I notice that no matter how many Categories I have, one is always missing. Can you help me with this please.

    WordPress 5.5.3
    Genesis 3.3.3
    WooCommerce 3.6.5
    WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels 1.1.19
