Category Missing in URL

In my permalink i have included Category in the URL Structure but in snippet editor the category is not included in the URL. It is only showing following
https://www.blogicians.com/how-many-wordpress-plugins-to-install/Correct URL is as follows
https://www.blogicians.com/wordpress/how-many-wordpress-plugins-to-install/
