• Hi product rules are working fine but when i add a category rule it does nothing? Any suggestions?

    It seems like you are actually also experiencing the same issue. With your demo video the category discount only gets applied when you added 2 different products from the same category. This shouldn’t be the case as the discount is based on “quantity”. If you add only 1 product from the category and change the quantity to 2 the discount should still be applied but it isn’t?

    Thanks for getting back. In response?to your question, you would be required to check on “Total Units” to apply discounts based on quantity. In the demo provided previously, it was applied to a? ‘Number of Items’ that will check how many products are in the cart instead of quantity.?Please find the below screenshots for your reference:
