• I updated to the latest update in hopes of using the new sort feature (which is long overdue).

    After the update, all my videos were kicked into the Uncategorized category. I am trying to update them all and put them back into the right category and when I hit save, it doesn’t actually save the change and keeps showing Uncategorized.

    Please help as my videos are now all jumbled together.

    Additionally, If I try to change the caption or description, it doesn’t save the change. It’s basically like I can’t make any changes and it save them.

    Try deleting all categories and then add new categories and update your videos.

    I did just that after I sent you the message last night… Still didn’t fix it.

    I have the same problem. even if I add new video and select the category it is not updating. Is it possible to roll back to old version. The older version was working flawlessly.

    Same problem here, I cannot update the categories, any news?

    I find a way to band-aid this until it is fixed. You can assign the categories in the database. Just look for the table wp_videogall_categories and write down the ID and then go to wp_videogall_videos and change the category field for the ID that belongs to the category you want to assign. Hope this make sense and helps.
