Category Order

Hi,
I have found this plugin to be very easy to use and I like it a lot. However, one of the problems I am having (other than the pagination problems) that no one else has seemed to have is that the category order is not doing what I want it to. Whenever I am viewing All Products or an individual category, the menu on the left side only shows the categories in the order in alphabetical order. When I view a single product, however, the categories are in the correct order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
