Category page doesn’t display any products

Hi,
I’m starting to use Woocommerce for my site’s upcoming shop and I have an issue with the display of products in category pages. I either get a 404 or no product listing.

I first tried leaving the default setting product-category but I have no products listed and some incoherent display such as “Showing 1–8 of 110 results” with a 14 pages pagination even though I only have 9 products currently on my shop (7 in the related category).

Ideally, I’d like a permalink structure as follow: site/shop/category/product. To do so, I added /shop/ as Product category base but while the links present on product pages and widgets were the ones expected, the page they lead to was always a 404.
product –> https://boichi.com/shop/original-art/lorem-ipsum-7/
category –> https://boichi.com/shop/original-art/ (current setting)

Any idea?
