Category page missed

After checking your page, I believe this has to do with either your theme or one of the plugins you are using.

Can you please run a conflict test?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. Please note this includes deactivating the page builders you used. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

I deactivated all plugins and nothing, but when I deactivated the Elementor, problem solved, but I lost the site. I need the Elementor. Any hint?

It looks like the Shop page template is overriding the Category pages.

To fix this, let’s try these steps:
1- Create a new page and give it a unique name like My Shop or The Shop.
2- Go to WooCommerce → Settings and click the Products tab.
3- In the Shop page drop-down, choose the newly created My Shop page.
4- Reactivate your plugins along with Elementor.

Thanks for all your attention. I am afraid to say that this procedure do not solved the problem. When I try to reach any Product Category Page, despite the URL showed be the right one, the page showed is the Shop page. Even when I set the default Page Shop on Woocommerece >> Setting >> JetWooBuilder (a new tad add by JetWooBuikder).
So if you have any other hint, please hit me, because I am in a dark mode. ??

Looking back at your response here, this could possibly be a plugin/theme conflict. Could you please confirm if you tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor and JetWooBuilder to see if the issue persists?

In the meantime, please share with us your system status report so that we can have a better understanding of your site setup. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

It wasn't necessary to deactivate all plugins. The problem is solved when I deactivate JetWooBuilder and Elementor Pro. With Elementor works fine, but when I activate Elementor Pro or Jet Woo Builder, the problem "activated". :(
