category page removal, astra free theme

    Hi.
    Google search console shows me an indexed category page, which I dont really need and would like to delete.
    There is no category page in “pages” or “posts” in wp admin.

    Another one search console shows “excluded with noindex tag” is this:
    https://peeterkukrus.ee/?s={search_term_string}
    I am not sure what this is or where did it come from ??

    Pretty sure it’s not related to Astra (or any other theme if you happen to use another theme).

    You can try using an SEO plugin to exclude a specific page/ category page from the Search Engines.

    I have yoast seo, cant really turn category page off from there. Category is 1 of 2 indexed pages so far.

    With Yoast SEO activated, when I go to a Category, I see this.

    Maybe you can also start a thread on Yoast SEO forum to get another help.
