Category page showing shortcode not posts

I’m using categories are part of my URL structure for posts. So “Reviews” shows a list of all the “Reviews”posts, as expected.
/reviews/But my “Products” is not working. It’s showing this shortcode instead. Anyone have any idea what’s going on? It is set up just the same.
/products/The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you using this on your site ? If not what plugin are you using for your shop ?
