The layout of a category page is determined by the theme you have chosen. You are using the Inspiro theme. You could therefore ask their support what options they have built in: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/inspiro/
In principle, you will be able to customise the template files supplied with classic themes. This requires a child theme. How to create this is described here: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ – however, you should also ask the support of your theme.
As an alternative to this procedure, you can also use a PageBuilder with which you can customise the pages of your website – without any child theme or programming. Examples include Elementor, WP Bakery, SiteOrigin and many more. Incidentally, WordPress also provides one of these in the form of a block editor. However, you cannot use its options with your theme as it is a classic theme and not a modern FSE theme.
