Category Pages Are BLANK

  • I have tried EVERYTHING to get the category pages to simply show the questions within the category. I am using elementor’s hello theme. I have the same issue with 2022 and 2024 Themes. I also tried Astra Theme at which it would not load the category pages at all.

    I have tried the permalink steps repeatedly. I was even open to creating an archive page for the categories with Elementor – that’s not an option.

    I simply need to know how can I get the questions to show under the categories.

    Yes, that issue is a known bug with AnsPress categories not functioning correctly when using the block editor for templates. We’re currently developing an update that will ensure AnsPress is fully compatible with the block editor, along with introducing numerous new customizations.

    Awesome looking forward to it. Do you know if it work if i disabled block editor? Is that a work around?

    Yes, we will ensure the plugin remains functional regardless of whether the block editor is present or not. It will be coded to seamlessly accommodate both scenarios: optimal if there’s a block editor, and just as effective if there isn’t.

    Hey @nerdaryan is there an update in the works to be released soon? We are still having issues with the blank pages.
