Category pages blank(white screen)

Hi!
My category pages stopped working randomly. I tried disabling the plugins, to no avail. Sometimes it comes up blank, sometimes 500 error, and once i even got a 404. If you look at the site, everything else is working fine, just category pages don’t exist.
