Category Pages H1 Changing Randomly

  • Many of my category pages are being overtaken with H1 titles from other categories. The shared link is just one of about a dozen that are experiencing this issue. I’ve changed the titles to other things to see if this makes a difference but it doesn’t. I cannot figure out why this is happening.

    What exactly do you mean by this? I don’t see a single H1 link on the URL you provided. There’s one H1 text (“Bedroom Furniture”) but that’s not even a link. The post titles are all H2.

    UPDATE:

    OK, please forgive my retarded brain. If I understand this correctly, the H1 headline on this category should have been something like “Dining Room Furniture”, and to the current “Bedroom Furniture”.

    Does the problem persist with any other theme, like the latest default theme?

    @gappiah Try looking at this one and please tell me what you see. https://news.gardner-white.com/category/expert-info/ When I inspect the title, it says that the h1 is Expert Reviews, which is inaccurate. Thank you for responding!

    To me, this looks more like a bug in the template of the theme you are using. Unfortunately, the theme is not recognizable to me at all. I would recommend that you contact their support.
