  • Hi,

I have checked your site and found that page id is not passing in the URL. You may deleted the “(no title)” page in your admin. In order to resolve this problem, kindly ensure that you have a page with the short code [videomore] under Admin -> Pages -> (no title). If you don’t have the page please create a new one with the content [videomore] and save it without page title. It is a hidden page for Categories, Popular, Recent, Related videos page and search video page. For more clarification, please refer the following link.

Now go to admin -> Appearance -> widgets -> Open Top Menu Widget Area and Delete “Contus Video Category”. Now newly drag and drop “Contus Video Category” widget under “Top Menu Widget Area”

Thanks. I must have created that problem after I started this post. I did figure out the problem I was asking about. I wanted to have 1 row and 4 columns of categories listed on the video home page and then 5 rows and 4 columns on the secondary pages for each category. Once I changed that, I decided to just use “recent videos” on my homepage. Great plugin and theme.

    Hi,
Please I refer to this link again:
    https://www.apptha-demo.com/template/videostream/video-more/?playid=6

I currently have a playlist video page that displays the videos from all categories.
But I would like to configure the page so that I would only display one category per page, exactly just like in the above link.

    Thanking you in advance.

    Hi,

I think, you are using “Video Categories” menu in your site ( like https://www.apptha-demo.com/template/videostream/all-category-videos/) . Please note that, to show a particular category video page, you need to create a menu. Please follow the above steps mentioned this post.

If you are still facing any difficulties in this feel free to contact us.
