category permalink problem

  • I have set the permalink such as “/archives/%post_id%.html”, but when I visit the category page, the url is still the conventional form such as “https://www.pmlj.net/?cat=1“.
    So I don’t know how to change the category url as the form “www.pmlj.net/categoryname/”.
    My host is win and the server is iis.
