category posts not showing multiple memberships

or any other category no posts are showing
not sure what happened
I added some more membershipships, possibly they are causing the problem ?
I have a visitor non-signup membership that clicked all categories I want the visitor to see but this is still a problem.

with so many problems and no support , unless we pay, with the free version, how am i to be sure that paying for something would fix the problems
