    Hi there,

I’ve had a problem, which I’ve resolved myself (although it has caused me some pain). I thought I’d share it with you here so you can resolve it in a future release.

I’m pretty sure I’ve experienced something similar to @dennistcc in a previous thread.

I had a feed that was working fine. My colleague then edited the feed and changed the category mapping on one of the WooCommerce categories that was in the feed.

After this, GMC disapproved all the products from the feed and started complaining about a host of errors, the main one of which was that the GMC category didn’t exist.

    Here’s a link to the feed: https://ti2titanium.com/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/ti2_product_feed.xml

I tried everything to get the feed to work to no avail. I even set up rules in GMC to override the fields that were causing problems, but this just led to other fields failing.

In the end I had to give up and create a completely new feed in your plugin. This worked fine straight away even though all the settings were exactly the same. Didn’t need any rules in GMC or anything. The working feed is here:

As with @dennistcc’s problem, it seems like my problem was caused by changing categories / sub-categories.

I hope this info is useful.

    Cheers,

    Dave
