Category Reorder Sticking Issue

    Sadly when we reorder categories alphabetically, they randomly go out of alphabetical order. I’ve reordered our categories a couple of times now.

    You may ask why don’t we remove the plugin however the plugin is needed to reorder some categories in a certain way.

    Hi,
    Sorry, but the order will not change unless you manually do that. The plugin creates a separate column to hold the order indexes, so that shouldn’t interfere with other codes, so they remove that by mistake.
    If you meant they change on the front side, that might be a cache issue.

    No worries! We’ve decided to use Woocommerce’s sorting to reorder categories.
