Category results show in title bar, not page

I am using the Polygon premium theme. It has titlebars for each page. I set up one of my categories with your plugin and the search results appear in the titlebar, not the page content area below. Further the old category style results continue to show up below in the content area.

I hope you can resolve this as I only want your results to show in the content area, not the wordpress default category results.
