category rule not applying

    Hi – I’ve got a product category rule set to all cards. When you put 35.70 in the cart (6 cards) it is supposed to knock off the price of one card. However, this ONLY works if it is 6 of one card. Not if there is a combo of cards, even thought it is set to. How do I fix this? Here’s a screen shot: https://prnt.sc/h5vquq thanks!

    In your case dont use “Product Rules” tab you should use “Category Rules” tab
    as shown in image attached

    Description “Product Rules” will apply discount on all products in selected category individually but in “Category Rules” discount is applied on all products in that category as a total

    Hi, I have the same issue. I have tried your above fix, but then it only applies to item in that category. This is what I want it to do…

    Product A from Category B put in cart at €24.99
    Product C from Category D put in cart (discount of 20% applied, because a second item was added).

    Total €39.98

    I sell T-shirts and they are all €24.99. I want the discount to apply on any 2 or more items from any category.

    Hi Adam,

    You need to select the check for option as total unit, and use the percentage discount and that should work.
