Category search in add product

How can I add search field to Product categories (next to All categories and most used).

The categories box is handled by WordPress and not WooCommerce. Although I am not aware of any way to add a search field there, you might want to search for a plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ or ask in the WordPress support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/miscellaneous/
