Category Slug problems, products mixed in wrong category

    Hi,

    I am using from a supplier xml file and have it to imports using cron jobs.
    One cron job to update stock status of products and one to remove products that no loger are presented in files and to add new one presented in file. And after import my woocommerce products get mixed, example products from PC category gets in DRONE category and it goes for all categories. And after i just update product category slug (in this example DRONE category slug just a update i do not change slug name) then all it goes back to normal. Then it does again next day after import. And my setting is: Each Products has just one Category in one job other job just update stock. So what can be problem stock update? or slug? or category setting? I have exmaple in screenshot here:
