Category Subdomain for Custom Post type

Hi,
The plugin works fine for Default posts, i was wondering if it is possible to use this plugin for custom post types?Due to rewrite slug in Custom Post typeit’s not working, i have even installed Advanced Permalink for Custom Post type and made it /category/postname but still no hope.
Any Suggestions?
