Category Subscribtion

Hi,

Is there an option to subscribe to custom category and send an email when new event/location appear? For example I have 3 custom categories: “fast food”, “cinema” and “bar”. When user subscribe to “fast food” category I want to send him an email when new location or event is created in the “fast food” category.
