Category Taxonomy page not showing full list of items in category

The Taxonomy page for a sub-category is not showing all of the items. It seems that 10 items are the max.
You can see it in action if you go here:
https://georgiasmacna.com/wp/docs/category/resources-publications/For “Construction…”, on the main Publications page, it has 16 items. If you click on it’s tab, only 10 items show. The same thing happens with the “Environmental…” category.
Is there a solution for this?
