Category thumbnail

Hello,
Is it possible to have the category thumbnail display next to the category description on the page? Here is a link to one of the pages https://www.gennadelaney.com/product-category/bridal-jewellery-2/
So in the description at the top I would like the thumbnail to show. I actually thought it did it anyway but I assume I’m wrong.
