You have 2 options:

1. Disable FIFU > Settings > Performance > CDN + Optimized Thumbnails.
2. Use a plugin like ‘Simple Image Sizes’ to adjust the registered sizes. The current registered size seems to be 150×150. Change it to 300×300.
