Category tree Page

Has anyone ever come up with a plugin to create a Category Tree Page? I’ve found plugins that do it for Widgets (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/vina-categories-treeview-widget/) but none that will generate a collapsible tree view that can be displayed on a Page.
If I could do the coding, I’d build this myself. However, my skills don’t range that far. Any takers?
